Valentine's Day is all about love.  Love is all about respect and tender loving care. Therefore, Valentine's is about tender loving care and tender loving care is not only for your sweetheart, but for you too.  Massage always makes a great gift...for you.  Massage is a way for you to care and respect your body.  Our bodies go through so much - walking, running, sitting all day, carrying heavy loads, engaging in intense workouts, walking a dog, pushing a stroller, carrying a baby, bending to pick up toys off the floor, gardening , mowing the lawn, and the list goes on.  Add in the mental and emotional stress of life and our bodies are carrying the weight of the world in each muscle and bone. Our to-do lists tend to be first and foremost in our minds, while our bodies are screaming for rest and relief.  

Investing in a massage routine is like taking your car in for routine service.  The car will run ok for awhile without it, but the longer you wait, the more problems arise.  You need tender loving  care just like your car.  The more maintenance you do, the longer it will function properly and less chance it will give out on you.

We are so excited to announce the opening of Unwind Wellness and Massage here  in Hutto, TX.  Jen and I have been talking about opening a massage business for over two years.  We were eager to start working with the community and helping people build and maintain a healthy lifestyle.  A few weeks ago, fate stepped in and here we are!

Jen ran into the Knights, owners of Legend Chiropractic, who were looking to rent one of their rooms in their new office off of Ed Schmidt.  Jen and I went to visit and fell in love with the space and with the Legend Chiropractic mission and family.  We knew our dream was about to launch!  

As we started the planning process, we knew the most important piece to keep in mind is that our business is about helping the community.  We both live in the community and we are here to serve you.  

We are looking forward to meeting new people and being an integrated part of the Hutto community.
